1- Engineer: Reman Mohamed El Hoseny Hassan
in Case No. 730 of 2020 Supreme State Security.
2- Ms. Fathia Mohamed Ibrahiem Abu Zaid
in Case No. 65 of 2021 Supreme State Security.
with guarantee of their place of residence.
Some Information on engineer Reman:
1- She was arrested on May 10th, 2018, and appeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution on June 3rd, 2018 Pending Investigations in Case No. 817 of 2018 Supreme State Security.
2- She remained in pretrial detention in El Qanater Women’s Prison, until the Supreme State Security Prosecution ordered her release with guarantee of her place of residence pending trial on June 2nd, 2020.
3- She was transferred to El Giza detention headquarter then to El Agouza Police Station on June 15th, 2020 to release her, but she was forcibly disappeared for a month, until she appeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution on July 14th, 2020 in case No. 730 of 2020 Supreme State Security.
4- She remained in pretrial detention in El Qanater Women’s Prison, until the Supreme State Security Prosecution ordered her release yesterday September 8th, 2022, because she exceeded the legal period specified for pretrial detention -Two years-.
Some information on Ms. Fathia
1- She was arrested, then appeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution on April 5, 2021. She was charged in Case No. 65 of 2021 Supreme State Security.
2- The Prosecution charged her mainly with joining a terrorist group and spreading false news.
3- She remained in pretrial detention in El Qanater Women’s Prison, until the Supreme State Security Prosecution ordered her release with guarantee of her place of residence pending trial.
