رحلة معاناة الطفل عبدالله بومدين صاحب ال 12 عام مازالت مستمرة
The Journey of Suffering for the 12 year old child ‘Abdallah Boumedin that still continues
الطفل/ عبد الله بو مدين, عنده حالياً 16 سنة وكام شهر, لكن قصته بدأت من وقت طويل, ولسه منتهتش حتى الأن.
The child/’Abdallah Boumedin, is now 16 years and a few months old, but his story started a long time ago and he is still suffering even until now.
بدأت قصة الطفل عبدالله بو مدين لما تم إلقاء القبض على والده, وقتها كان عمره بس 12 سنة, طفل صغير بيحب الرسم, وميعرفش في الدنيا اكتر من مجرد فرشته والألوان.
The story of ‘Abdallah Boumedin started when his father was arrested. At the time he was only 12 years old, a child that loves to draw, and knows nothing more of the world than his brush and colors.
رحلته الشخصية مع المعاناة اللي ميعرفش حتى سببها كانت بدايتها بعد عيد ميلاده ال 12 باسبوعين, تحديداً بتاريخ 31 ديسمبر 2017, لما تم اقتحام منزل الطفل, وانتزاعه من حضن والدته, والقاء القبض عليه كرهينة لحد ما أخوه “عبد الرحمن بومدين” يسلم نفسه للأمن الوطني.
The personal journey of suffering which he didn’t even know the cause of, started two weeks after his 12th birthday, on December 31st 2017 precisely, when his home was stormed and he was snatched from his mothers lap and arrested as a hostage until his brother, ‘Abd al-Rahman Boumedin, surrendered himself to National Security forces.
ظل الطفل عبد الله قيد الإخفاء القسري في مقرات الأمن الوطني لمدة سبعة أشهر, محدش يعرف مكانه!!! أو حتى إزاي طفل في السن ده ممكن يعيش أو يتعايش مع الظروف دي, بعدها ظهر الطفل عبد الله في شهر يوليو 2018 أمام نيابة أمن الدولة العليا على ذمة القضية رقم 570 لسنة 2018 حصر أمن دولة عليا, واتوجه ليه اتهامات أشهرها كان الانضمام إلى جماعات إرهابية.
‘Abdallah remained under forced disappearance in the headquarters of the National Security for 7 months, no one knowing where he is, or even knowing how a child at his age can live or co-exist in these conditions. In July 2018, he appeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution with Case No. 570 of 2018, where he faced several accusations, the most famous of which was joining terrorist groups.
صرح الطفل عبد الله إنه خلال فترة احتجازه في مقرات الأمن الوطني واجه أنواع كتير من التعذيب من أول الضرب المبرح, حتى الصعق بالكهرباء, والتعذيب بالتجويع.
Abdallah stated that during the time of his detention in the headquarters facilities of the National Security he faced many types of torture, from severe beatings to electric shocks, and torture by starvation.
بعد رحلة احتجاز انفرادي طويلة, ومخالفة لقانون الطفل المصري, أصدرت محكمة الطفل قراراً بإخلاء سبيله وتسليمه لذويه بتاريخ 26 ديسمبر 2018, يعني بعد مرور عام كامل من تاريخ القبض عليه. وبالفعل الطفل اترحل لقسم شرطة ثاني العريش كبداية لتنفيذ قرار إخلاء سبيله, لكن اللي حصل بعد كده كان غير متوقع….
After a long journey of solitary confinement, in violation of the Egyptian Child Law, the Child Court issued a decision to release him and hand him back over to his family on December 26th 2018, after an entire year of his arrest. And indeed, he did go to the second police station in Al-’Areesh to start the implementation of the decision to release him, but what happened after that was not expected….
تم اخفاء الطفل قسرياً من جديد, وللمرة الثانية, وأجبرت قوات الشرطة أهله على التوقيع على إقرار باستلام الطفل, ومن وقتها ولحد الآن وبعد مرور ما يزيد عن أربع سنوات, الطفل عبدالله مازال قيد الإخفاء القسري, قابع في ظلمات المجهول. متوقف عن دراسته أو حتى عن حياته اللي محدش يعرف عن تفاصيلها أي حاجة.
‘Abdallah was forcibly disappeared all over again, and for the second time, police forces forced his family to sign an acknowledgement of receiving the child. From that time until now, after more than 4 years, ‘Abdallah is still under enforced disappearance, sitting in the darkness of the unknown, forced to stop his studies and even his life, which no one even knows the details of.
ومن هنا هنفضل نطالب بشكل دوري ومستمر بالكشف عن مكان احتجاز الطفل عبدالله بومدين, وإطلاق سراحه, والسماح ليه بمباشرة دراسته وحياته اللي توقفت بشكل كامل من لحظة ما اتقبض عليه من أكتر من 4 سنوات.
From this we demand periodically and continuously, to reveal the location of ‘Abdallah Boumedin’s detention. We demand his release, and to allow him to start his studies and his life. His life that has been completely halted from the moment he was arrested more than 4 years ago.
