الطفل مصطفى عواد عطوة: “منزلتش مظاهرات! أنا كنت بتفرج على ماتش الأهلى والزمالك يوم 20 سبتمبر في ميدان الأربعين”.
Child Mustafa Awad Atwa: “I didn’t attend demonstrations ! I just happened to be watching Al-Ahly vs Zamalek match on September 20th in Al-Arbaeen Square.”
الطفل مصطفى عواد عطوة, من مواليد محافظة السويس, عمره حالياً 19 سنة, لكن اتقبض عليه قبل ما يكمل 16 سنة, وتم إدراج اسمه على ذمة القضية رقم 1530 لسنة 2019 حصر أمن الدولة العليا, والمعروفة إعلامياً بقضية “الجوكر”.
The child Mustafa Awad Atwa, born in Suez Governorate, is currently 19 years old. Before turning 16, he was arrested and his name was included in case No. 1530 of 2019 Supreme State Security, known in the media as the “Joker” case.
لكن ليه مصطفى اتقبض عليه؟!
مصطفى طفل بسيط من أسرة متواضعة, وللأسف ساب تعليمه بعد ما خلص المرحلة الإبتدائية عشان يشتغل ويساعد أسرته, وقصته بدأت لما نزل مع أصدقائه -المدرجين على ذمة ذات القضية- عشان يتفرجوا على ماتش الأهلى والزمالك, واختاروا قهوة بسيطة في ميدان الأربعين.
Yet, why was Mustafa arrested?!
Mustafa is a simple child from a humble family. Unfortunately, he dropped out of school after finishing his primary education in order to work and help his family. His story began when he went with his friends, who were included in the same case, to watch Al-Ahly vs Zamalek match. To do so, they picked a modest cafe in Al-Arbaeen Square.
أثناء ما كانوا بيشوفوا الماتش, سمعوا صوت عالي وناس بتهتف خارج القهوة, خرجوا يشوفوا إيه اللي بيحصل, فضلوا واقفين على باب القهوة يتفرجوا لمدة دقايق, وبعدها روحوا بيوتهم. وفعلاً القصة انتهت.
Amidst watching the match, they heard a loud noise and people cheering outside the cafe. They went out to see what was happening. They stood at the cafe entrance observing for a few minutes, and then went back to their houses. Indeed, the story was over.
بعد ما يقرب من 3 شهور, وتحديداً بتاريخ 1 يناير 2020, ومع أول دقات ساعة سنة جديدة, اتفاجئ الطفل بعدد كبير من قوات الأمن بيقتحموا بيته, ورغم عدم عثورهم على أي أحراز أو مضبوطات تفيد اشتراك الطفل في أي أحداث عنف, أو حتى في المظاهرات نفسها, تم القبض على الطفل.
Nearly 3 months have passed. On January 1st, 2020 and in the very first minutes of the new year, a large number of security forces raided the child’s house. Although they did not find any possessions or seizures indicating the childs participation in any violent events or demonstrations, the child was arrested.
ظل الطفل قيد الإخفاء القسري في مقرات الأمن الوطني, ومعسكرات الأمن المركزي لمدة ما يقرب من شهرين, حتى ظهر بتاريخ 22 فبراير أمام نيابة أمن الدولة العليا متهم بالانضمام لجماعة إرهابية مع علمه بأغراضها, وتم إدراج اسمه على ذمة قضية الجوكر -سالفة البيان-.
The child remained forcibly disappeared in the headquarters of the National Security and Central Security camps for nearly two months. Later, he appeared on February 22nd before the Supreme State Security Prosecution, convicted of joining a terrorist group with knowledge of its purposes, and his name was included in the previously mentioned Joker case.
من وقتها ولحد الآن, مازال الطفل مصطفى محبوس على ذمة القضية, بيعاني ظروف احتجاز صعبة وغير آدمية, وكل تهمته إنه كان بيتفرج على المظاهرات.
From then on, the child Mustafa is still imprisoned in the case, suffering from difficult and inhuman conditions of detention. All his crime is that he was observing the demonstrations.
ادعموا الطفل مصطفى وكل الأطفال اللي زيه, اللي بيخسروا سنين عمرهم جوة السجون بدون وجه حق.
ادعموا أطفال الجوكر, وطالبوا بخروجهم.
Support the child Mustafa and all the children who are unfairly wasting years of their lives in prisons.
Support the Joker children and demand their release.
