من رحِم الظلام حاولت جاهدةً أن تُشرق, فعادت إلى دراستها – بعد توقفٍ دام لسنوات- حاملةً معها ابنتها ذات الخمسة أعوام وسعياً منها لغدٍ أفضل, فتم اعتقالها على يد قوات الأمن وإدراجها على ذمة القضية رقم 1357 لسنة 2019 حصر أمن الدولة العليا, والمعروفة إعلامياً بقضية الجوكر.

أولاً: من هي مروة
السيدة مروة عبد الغني عبد الباقي, تبلغ من العمر خمسة وعشرين عاماً, أم لطفلة تبلغ من العمر سبعة أعوام تقريباً -أمضت منهما عامين بدون والدتها-. حاولت مروة شق طريقها في التعليم بعد توقفٍ دام لسنوات، وبعد أزماتٍ عديدة واجهتها مروة بكل قوة، وأصبحت أخيراً طالبة مستجدة بالمدرسة الصناعية -قسم الزخرفة.
ثانياً: ما حدث بعد ذلك
تم إلقاء القبض على السيدة مروة من منزلها منذ ما يقرب من عامين, تحديدا فجر يوم 19 ديسمبر 2019, ثم تم احتجازها بمقر الأمن الوطني لتعاني إختفاءاً قسرياً لمدة ليست بالقصيرة, وبتاريخ 23 يناير 2020 تظهر مروة أمام نيابة أمن الدولة العليا، وتوجه لها اتهاماتٍ عدة, أشهرها: الانضمام لجماعة إرهابية مع العلم بغرضها, وذلك على خلفية فيديو تم نشره في أواخر عام 2019 يظهر فيه أربعة أطفال مجهولي الهوية – يرتدون قناع فانديتا- داعين لتظاهرات 25 يناير 2020.
لم يقف الأمر حد ذلك, ولكن تم إلقاء القبض على كل من: السيدة مريم عبد الغني عبد الباقي – أختها- البالغة من العمر عشرين عاماً, والسيد مروان عبد الغني عبد الباقي – أخوهما- البالغ من العمر سبعة وعشرين عاماً على خلفية ذات القضية. وتم إخلاء سبيلهما بعد مدة.
وبتاريخ ٢٨ أبريل ٢٠٢١، تم إحالة السيدة مروة عبد الغني عبد الباقي وآخرون إلى محكمة الجنايات المختصة لتبقى هي السيدة الوحيدة الوارد اسمها بأمر الإحالة.
ثالثاُ: الانتهاكات التي تعرضت لها مروة
تعرضت مروة لانتهاكات قانونية منها الإخفاء القسري لمدة تزيد عن شهر, وذلك بالمخالفة لما ورد في صريح نص المادة 36 من قانون الإجراءات الجنائية والتي تنص على ضرورة عرض المتهم على النيابة خلال 24 ساعة.
كما تعرضت مروة خلال الفترة سالفة الذكر لشتى أنواع الضرب والصعق بالكهرباء.
:أخيراً
تقطن مروة الآن في زنزانتها بعيدة كل البعد عن ابنتها الصغيرة, تنتظر دورها في طابور إصدار الأحكام القضائية على كل من يُقبض عليه بخلفية سياسية, ورغم أن الفيديو الذي تم إنشاء هذه القضية على غراره مكون من مجرد 4 أطفال مجهولي الهوية إلا أن التعسف في استعمال أدوات القمع, واتساع رقعة الاعتقالات المستمرة منذ عام 2013 عملت على إغلاق كل منافذ التعبير عن الرأي, وطالت كل من اشتبه أنه يحاول حتى أن يعبر عن رأيه.
In the womb of darkness, Marwa tried hard to shine. She returned to her studies after a hiatus of years along with her five-year-old daughter in pursuit of a better future. She was arrested by the security forces under case No. 1357 of 2019 Supreme State Security, known in the media as the Joker Case.

First: Who Is Marwa?
Mrs. Marwa Abdel Ghani Abdel Baqi, aged twenty-five, is the mother of a seven-year-old girl who had been separated from her for two years. Marwa tried to find her way in education after a hiatus of years and after many crises encountered by her forcefully. She finally became a freshman at the Industrial School – Decoration Department.
Second: What Happened Next?
Ms. Marwa was arrested in her house nearly two years ago, specifically at dawn on December 19th, 2019. Subsequently, she was detained at the National Security headquarters and forcibly disappeared for quite some time. On January 23rd, 2020, Marwa appeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution. Several charges were brought against her, chiefly: joining a terrorist group with knowledge of its purpose. This happened against the background of a video published in late 2019 in which four unidentified children appeared wearing Vendetta masks and calling for the January 25th, 2020 demonstrations.
Furthermore, Mrs. Maryam Abdel Ghani AbdelBaqi, her twenty-year-old sister, and Mr. Marwan Abdel Ghani Abdel Baqi – their brother -, aged twenty-seven, were arrested under the same case. They were released after a while.
On April 28th, 2021, Mrs. Marwa Abdel Ghani Abdel Baqi and others were referred to the competent criminal court. She is the only named woman in the referral order.
Third: The Violations to Which Marwa Was Subjected
Marwa was subjected to legal violations, including enforced disappearance for more than a month, in violation of the explicit text of Article 36 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which stipulates that the defendant must be brought before the prosecution within 24 hours.
During the aforementioned duration, Marwa was also subjected to various types of beatings and electrocution.
Lastly:
Marwa now resides in her cell, far from her little daughter, waiting in line for the court to issue judicial decisions for those arrested under a political background. Although the video on which this case is based consists of only four unidentified children, the abuse of tools of repression and the wide range of arrests that have continued since 2013 have closed all the opinion outlets and affected those who were suspected of even trying to express their opinion.
