“Release Order of the Child Mostafa Mahmoud Ahmed Kamel”
Belady is pleased with the decision of the Cairo Criminal Court to release the child: Mostafa Mahmoud Ahmed Kamel, pending Case No. 65 for 2021 Supreme State Security.
Some Information about the Child Mostafa:
1- Mostafa was born in 2001 and he was arrested for the first time in March 2019 at the age of 17.
2- He was included in Case No. 488 for 2019 Supreme State Security, known in the media at that time as “Safafir” Case.
3- The child remained in pretrial detention until a decision was issued to release him pending the aforementioned case.
4- The decision was not implemented, and on May 20th, 2021 he was rotated and included in Case No. 65 for 2021 Supreme State Security.
5- The Child remained in pretrial detention for the second time until the Prosecution issued a decision yesterday to release him pending Case No. 65 for 2021 Supreme State Security.
