The Supreme State Security prosecution decided to refer case No.955 of 2017- Supreme State Security, to the competent Criminal Court under No. 310 of 2021- Supreme State Security felonies, in which the accused are :
1- Ms. Somaya Maher Ahmed Hozaima -who has been in pre-trial detention for four years- in violation of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2- Rasha Maher Imam Badawy
3- Basma Ali El-Sorway Abd Al-Ghany Saad
4- Hanan Hamdy Hassan Samak
It is noteworthy that the Public Prosecution has Charged them with several Charges, including Joining a terrorist group, committing a crime of financing terrorism, promoting terrorist ideas and beliefs, and broadcasting false news and statements.
