The 24th Circuit of the North Cairo Criminal Court issued its ruling in Request No. 8 of 2021 Decisions to List Terrorists, restricted to No. 6 of 2021 North Cairo Criminal Court, listing the accused in pretrial detention pending Case No. 1251 of 2018 Supreme State Security, including Mrs. Radwa Abdel Halim El-Sayed Amer, on the terrorist lists for five years.
It is noteworthy that “Radwa Amer” is a mother of two children, and she is the only woman who is currently imprisoned in the aforementioned case for more than two and a half years without being brought to trial, in violation of Article 143 of the Egyptian Code of Criminal Procedure.
