حيث قضت محكمة جنايات القاهرة، الدائرة الرابعة إرهاب، بإخلاء سبيلهنّ بتدابير احترازية على ذمة القضية رقم 750 لسنة 2019 حصر أمن الدولة العليا، والمعروفة إعلامياً بقضية "ولاية سيناء".
وقد بدأت حيثيات هذه القضية في عام 2019 حيث ألقت السلطات المصرية القبض على عدد كبير من النساء المتزوجات من رجال ينتمون فكرياً أو فعلياً إلى جماعة داعش الإرهابية.
كما وجهت لهنّ السلطات عدة تهم أشهرها الانضمام إلى جماعة داعش الإرهابية مع العلم بأغراضها، وقد أمرت نيابة أمن الدولة العليا بحبسهنّ، والتجديد لهنّ في المواعيد المقررة قانوناً، حتى قررت محكمة جنايات القاهرة إخلاء سبيل بعضهنَ بتدابير احترازية على ذمة القضية.

"Release Order of Two Women and One Girl with Precautionary Measures pending Trial”

Cairo Criminal Court, Fourth Circuit of Terrorism, decided to release them with precautionary measures pending Case No. 750 of 2019 Supreme State Security, known in the media as the “Sinai Province” case.
The events of this case began in 2019, when the Egyptian authorities arrested a large number of women married to men who are intellectually or de facto affiliated with the terrorist group Daesh.
The authorities brought several charges against them, chiefly: Joining the terrorist group Daesh, knowing their purposes. The Supreme State Security Prosecution has ordered their detention and renewal on the legally prescribed dates, until Cairo Criminal Court decided to release a number of them with precautionary measures pending trial.
