قضت محكمة جنايات القاهرة, الدائرة 15 جنوب, المنعقدة بمجمع محاكم القاهرة الجديدة, اليوم بتاريخ 18 إبريل 2022 بمعاقبة السيدة/ حنين حسام - إحدى فتيات التيك توك- بالسجن لمدة ثلاث سنوات, وتغريمها مبلغ 200 ألف جنيه, وذلك في القضية رقم 2106 لسنة 2020 كلى شمال القاهرة، والمعروفة إعلاميًا بقضية الإتجار بالبشر.
محطات في رحلة حنين حسام:
1- في أعقاب شهر إبريل 2020 أمرت النيابة العامة بحبس حنين وآخرين على ذمة القضية رقم 1087 لسنة 2020, كمتهمة بالاعتداء على المبادئ والقيم الأسرية المصرية. "قضية بنات التيك توك".
2- بتاريخ 16 يونيو 2020 أحالت النيابة السيدة"حنين" إلى المحكمة الإقتصادية على ذمة ذات القضية, وبعد ما يقرب من شهرين تم الحكم عليها بالحبس سنين, وغرامة 300 ألف جنيه.
3- مع بداية عام 2021 قضت محكمة مستأنف الإقتصادية ببراءة حنين.
4- لم يقف الأمر حد ذلك, فبعد قرابة شهرين من براءة حنين, تحديداً في مارس 2021 تم إدراجها على ذمة قضية جديدة "الاتجار بالبشر" -سالفة البيان-.
5- بجلسة 20 يونيو 2021 قضت محكمة جنايات القاهرة، على حنين بالسجن 10 سنوات غيابيًا، وتغريمها مبلغ 200 ألف جنيه في اتهامها بالاتجار بالبشر. كما تم إلقاء القبض عليها بعد يومين فقط من صدور الحكم, وذلك بعد ظهورها في بث مباشر عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
6- بتاريخ اليوم 18 إبريل 2022 قضت محكمة جنايات القاهرة, الدائرة 15 جنوب, المنعقدة بمجمع محاكم القاهرة الجديدة, بمعاقبة السيدة/ حنين حسام بالسجن لمدة ثلاث سنوات, وتغريمها مبلغ 200 ألف جنيه فى القضية سالفة البيان.
The Cairo Criminal Court, Circuit 15 South, held in the New Cairo Courts Complex, today, on April 18, 2022, sentenced Ms. Haneen Hosam - one of the Tik Tok girls - to three years in prison, and a fine of 200,000 pounds, in Case No. 2106 of 2020 North Cairo, known in the media as the case of human trafficking.
Stops in the Journey of Haneen Hosam:
1- Following the month of April 2020, the Public Prosecution ordered the detention of Haneen and others in connection with Case No. 1087 of 2020, as they are accused of assaulting Egyptian family principles and values in "The Tik Tok Girls Case".
2- On June 16, 2020, the prosecution referred Ms. “Haneen” to the Economic Court in connection with the same case, and after nearly two months, she was sentenced to 2 years in prison and a fine of 300,000 pounds.
3- At the beginning of 2021, the Economic Court of Appeals acquitted Haneen.
4- The matter did not stop at that, for nearly two months after Haneen’s acquittal, specifically in March 2021, she was included in a new case of “human trafficking” - the aforementioned statement -.
5- At the June 20, 2021 session, the Cairo Criminal Court sentenced Haneen to 10 years in prison in absentia, and fined her 200,000 pounds for her accusation of human trafficking. She was also arrested just two days after the verdict was issued, after appearing in a live broadcast on social media.
6- On today, April 18, 2022, the Cairo Criminal Court, Circuit 15 South, held in the New Cairo Courts Complex, sentenced Mrs. Haneen Hosam to three years in prison, and fined her 200,000 pounds in the above-mentioned case.
