Prison isn't Just for Men
في يوم المرأة العالمي, خلونا نعرف إيه هي أنواع الانتهاكات/ الإعتداءات اللي بتواجهها المرأة المصرية المسجونة على خلفية قضية سياسية !
تتعرض النساء اللواتي يتم إيقافهن أو القبض عليهن على خلفية قضايا سياسية لأشكال عديدة من العنف, وفي تحليل العنف القائم على النوع الإجتماعي اعتمدت بلادي التصنيف ده عشان تبين أنواع العنف الواقع على السيدات المقبوض عليهن أو السجينات على ذمة قضايا سياسية:
On International Women's Day, let’s discover the types of violations/assaults that Egyptian imprisoned women encounter in political cases !
Women who are arrested or detained in political cases are subjected to many forms of violence. In analyzing gender-based violence, Belady has adopted this classification to illustrate the types of violence against arrested or imprisoned women in political cases:
1- العنف الجسدي
مثل الاعتداء على جسد السجينة بالضرب وخلافه
1- Physical Violence
Such as assault on the prisoner’s body by beating and so on
2- العنف الجنسي
مثل الممارسات ذات الطابع الجنسي , أو التحرش اللفظي.
2- Sexual Violence
Such as practices of a sexual nature, or verbal harassment
3- العنف الإجتماعي
مثل الممارسات التي تتضمن عزل السجينة عن المجتمع السجني المصغر, أو حتى عن المجتمع الخارجي
3- Social Violence
Such as practices that include isolating the prisoner from the prison’s community, or even from the outside world
4- العنف النفسي
مثل التعدي على السجينة بالألفاظ أو الأفعال التي تسيء إليها نفسياً
4- Psychological Violence
Such as assaulting a prisoner with words or actions that psychologically offend her
5- العنف السياسي
مثل تعرض السجينة للعنف من قبل السلطة الحاكمة, و فيـه نجـد ممارسات عديدة تجعـل الولوج إلى الحقـوق صعبـاً وفي بعـض الأحيـان مســتحيلاً.
5- Political Violence
Such as the prisoner's exposure to violence by the ruling authority, including many practices that make access to rights difficult and sometimes impossible.
كل سيدة أو فتاة سبق ودخلت السجن على خلفية إتهامها بقضية سياسية معينة, بتتعرض على الأقل لشكل واحد من الاعتداءات دي, وللأسف غالبية البنات بتتعرض لكل الأشكال دي دفعة واحدة, وكل ده ليه!
Every woman or girl who was imprisoned in political cases has been subjected at least to one of these forms of abuse. Unfortunately, most of them have been subjected to all of these forms at once. For what?
عشان هي بتسعى لتحقيق وطن يحترم حقوقها كإنسانة, يسود فيه القانون, وتحيا فيه العدالة, وتقام فيه المساواة في الحقوق والواجبات ، زيها زي الراجل.
Because she strives to achieve a homeland where her rights as a human being are respected, where the law prevails, justice lives, and equality of rights and duties is established, just as men do.
في الآخر لازم نعرف إن العنف الممنهج الواقع على أي شخص بيتم إيقافه/ القبض عليه/ سجنه على ذمة قضية سياسية هو في نهاية الأمر "عنف" مش بيفرق بين ست وراجل.
In the end, we should know that the systematic violence inflicted on anyone who is arrested/detained/imprisoned in political cases is “violence” that does not differentiate between a woman and a man.
لسه برضو هنقول "السجن للرجالة" !
Still, we will always say “Prison is only for men” !
