Today, Sunday, May 30, 2021, the Third Circuit Criminal Court in Giza, held at the Institute of Police Trustees in Tora, decided to reserve Case No. 142 for the year 2021 – known in the media as the Ahrar al-Sham case – for judgment for the August 24, 2021 session, while continuing its previous decision to reserve the accused.
It is mentioned that the case includes eight defendants, including Mrs. Fatima El-Sayed, and her son, Ahmed Rabie, who were released with a guarantee of their place of residence and are obligated to attend court sessions. Extension of the decision to detain them until the verdict is pronounced in the next August 24 session.
