Yet, how did the child Mohamed become imprisoned pending a political case ?!
\nMohamed who led a normal life ever since he was born is not affiliated by no means to any group or even understands what is meant by politics. However, everything changed when he learned about his friend\u2019s murder by the police forces in August 2013. At that time, a group of his friend\u2019s acquaintances contacted him and they kept trying to convince him that he had to participate in demonstrations for his friend who was murdered.<\/p>\n

Because teenagers at this age have a lot of impulsive thinking, and on the other hand, there are people who are more than willing to lure children and take advantage of their impulsivity, the child was lured to participate in demonstrations. He was convinced under this label \u201ctake revenge for your friend and continue in his place the Jihad for the sake of God.\u201d Mohamed attended his first demonstration in May 2014.<\/p>\n

After few months, the child Mohamed was arrested on September 9th, 2014 by the police forces, despite the absence of any possessions or seizures indicating his participation in any acts of violence. He appeared on September 14th, 2014 before the Supreme State Security Prosecution, in the Helwan Brigades case. He was accused of several charges, chiefly: joining an illegally-founded group, possession of firearms, and sabotaging government services.<\/p>\n

During his interrogation by the Supreme State Security Prosecution, the child Mohamed Hosni admitted that he was tortured by National Security forces and was forced to make false confessions. Moreover, the investigation with the child was udertaken without the presence of a lawyer in violation of the explicit provisions of the law.<\/p>\n
