The 18-year old child Bilal Ashraf Kamel, from Suez Governorate, is a student at the secondary vocational school. He was arrested at the age of 15 and was included in the backdrop of case No. 1530 of 2019 Supreme State Security, known in the media as the Joker Case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The story of Bilal began with the demonstrations of September 20th. Unaware of the demonstrations, the child and his friends went to see Al-Ahly match to support their favorite team. Unfortunately, the cafe was in Al-Arbaeen square.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shortly after the start of the match, the child and his friends heard a loud noise. Upon leaving the cafe, they knew that something called demonstrations would happen, so they observed for a while and left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, on January 2nd, 2020, about 3 months after that incident, the childs house was raided. He was arrested, although the security forces did not find any evidence proving his participation in any acts of violence. Later, the child was forcibly disappeared in the headquarters of the National Security for more than one month and a half. Subsequently, the child appeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution convicted of joining a terrorist group, and his name was included in the Joker case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
