الطفل/ رحيم خالد فرج عبد المولى، عنده ١٧سنة، قضى منهم سنتين داخل السجن، بعيد كل البعد عن دراسته وأسرته، على خلفية اتهامه في القضية رقم ١٥٣٠ لسنة ٢٠١٩ حصر أمن الدولة العليا، المعروفة إعلامياً بقضية الجوكر.
Rahim Khaled Farag Abdel Mawla is a 17-year-old child who spent two years in prison, far from his studies and his family. He was accused under case No.1530 of 2019, Supreme State Security, known in the media as the Joker case.
كان الطفل رحيم في طريقه عشان يشتري كوتشي جديد، شاف مجموعة من الأشخاص واقفين بيهتفوا، ولأن الوضع كان غريب وجديد على طفل زيه، أخد تليفون صاحبه وسجل مقطع فيديو صغير لحاجة يمكن مشافهاش قبل كده.
وف شهر ديسمبر عام ٢٠١٩ اتفاجئ الطفل باقتحام منزله، ورغم إن الشرطة ملقيتش أي مضبوطات أو أحراز أو حتى أي دليل على انه عمل حاجه، بردو قبضوا عليه !
On his way to buy new sneakers, Rahim saw a group of people chanting. Because the situation was strange and new to a child like him, he recorded, using his friend’s phone, a short video clip of something he probably did not see before.
In December 2019, the police broke into the child’s house and arrested him even though they did not find any seizures, possessions, or any evidence that he had done something !
الطفل رحيم تم اخفاؤه قسريا لمدة ٥٥ يوم في مقر الأمن الوطني – وده مخالف لقانون الإجراءات الجنائية المصري إلى بينص في المادة رقم ٣٦ منه على ضرورة عرض المتهم على النيابة خلال ٢٤ ساعة- غير إن الطفل تعرض لأنواع كتير من الضرب والصعق بالكهرباء، وده ظهر على جسمه يوم ٢٤ فبراير٢٠٢٠ لما اتعرض على نيابة أمن الدولة العليا وسألوه عن سبب الجروح الي ظاهرة عليه، ومن كتر الرعب اللى شافه خلال الأيام الي قضاها في مقر الأمن الوطني قال: أنا اللي عورت نفسي.
Rahim was forcibly disappeared for 55 days at the National Security headquarters, which is a violation of Article No. 36 of the Egyptian Criminal Procedure Code that stipulates that the defendant must be brought before the Public Prosecution within 24 hours. However, the child was subjected to many types of beatings and electrocution, which was evident on his body, when he was brought before the Supreme State Security Prosecution on February 24th, 2020. Being influenced by the horror he witnessed during the days he spent at the National Security headquarters, he admitted that he hurt himself when he was asked about the cause of the apparent injuries.
النيابة وجهت للطفل إتهام بالانضمام إلى جماعة إرهابية مع علمه بأغراضها، وبعدها نزل اسمه في القضية المعروفة إعلاميا بقضية الجوكر. وبتاريخ ٢٨ إبريل ٢٠٢١ تم إحالة رحيم، وآخرين لمحكمة الجنايات المختصة بتهم كتير جداً يعجز طفل في سن ال١٥ انه يعملها، زي اتهامه بالشروع في قتل ضباط الشرطة مثلاً.
The prosecution charged the child with joining a terrorist group in the knowledge of its purposes. Subsequently, his name was listed in the case known in the media as the Joker case. On April 28th, 2021, Rahim and others were referred to the competent Criminal Court on several charges that a 15-year-old child is unable to commit, such as attempted murder of police officers.

الدولة شنت هجوم بشع على الأطفال تحديداً في محافظة السويس بعد فيديو تم نشره في أواخر عام ٢٠١٩ ظهر فيه أربعة أطفال مجهولي الهوية لابسين قناع فانديتا وبيدعوا الناس تنزل مظاهرات ٢٥ يناير ٢٠٢٠. أكتر من سنتين والطفل رحيم في السجن، بيعاني انتهاكات لا حصر لها، بعيد عن أسرته ودراسته وحياته كطفل صغير، وكل جريمته إنه راح يشتري كوتشي جديد.

Then why was Rahim arrested ?
The state launched a heinous attack on children, specifically in the Suez Governorate, after a video that was published in late 2019 in which four unidentified children appeared, wearing a Vendetta mask and calling for people to participate in the January 25th, 2020 demonstrations.For more than two years, Rahim has been in prison, suffering countless violations, far from his family, studies, and life as a child. His only crime is that he went to buy new sneakers.
