محمد حسني عبد العليم, 25 سنة, اتقبض عليه وهو طفل في عمر 17 سنة, ومازال حتى الآن داخل السجن على ذمة القضية رقم 451 لسنة 2014 حصر أمن الدولة العليا, والمعروفة إعلامياً بقضية “كتائب حلوان”.
Muhammad Hosni Abdel Alim, currently 25 years old, was arrested when he was a 17-year-old child. To date, he is still in prison pending case No. 451 of 2014 Supreme State Security, known in the media as the “Helwan Brigades” case.
لكن إزاي الطفل محمد أصبح محبوس على ذمة قضية سياسية ؟!
الطفل محمد -كان بيعيش حياة طبيعية منذ نعومة أظافره, غير منتمي بأي شكل من الأشكال لأي جماعة أو حتى يفهم يعني إيه سياسة, لكن كل حاجة اتغيرت لما عرف بخبر مقتل صاحب عمره على يد قوات الشرطة في أغسطس 2013, وقتها أتواصل معاه مجموعة من معارف صاحبه, وفضلوا وقت طويل يقنعوه إنه لازم ينزل المظاهرات عشان صاحبه اللي اتقتل.
Yet, how did the child Mohamed become imprisoned pending a political case ?!
Mohamed who led a normal life ever since he was born is not affiliated by no means to any group or even understands what is meant by politics. However, everything changed when he learned about his friend’s murder by the police forces in August 2013. At that time, a group of his friend’s acquaintances contacted him and they kept trying to convince him that he had to participate in demonstrations for his friend who was murdered.
ولأن الأطفال في مثل سن محمد وقتها -سن المراهقة- بيكون عندهم قدر كبير من الاندفاع وراء أفكارهم, وعلى الجانب الآخر في ناس على أتم استعداد لاستقطاب الأطفال واستغلال اندفاعهم, تم استقطاب الطفل لنزول المظاهرات عشان زي ما بيقنعوه “هتاخد بتار صاحبك وتكمل الجهاد في سبيل الله مكانه”, ونزل محمد أول مظاهرة في شهر مايو 2014.
Because teenagers at this age have a lot of impulsive thinking, and on the other hand, there are people who are more than willing to lure children and take advantage of their impulsivity, the child was lured to participate in demonstrations. He was convinced under this label “take revenge for your friend and continue in his place the Jihad for the sake of God.” Mohamed attended his first demonstration in May 2014.
بعد شهور قليلة, تم القبض على الطفل محمد بتاريخ 9 سبتمبر 2014 من قبل قوات الشرطة, رغم عدم عثورهم على أي أحراز أو مضبوطات تفيد اشتراكه في أي أعمال عنف, وظهر بتاريخ 14 سبتمبر 2014 أمام نيابة أمن الدولة العليا، على ذمة قضية كتائب حلوان, متهماً بعدة اتهامات أشهرها: الانضمام لجماعة أسست على خلاف القانون, وحيازة أسلحة نارية, وتخريب المصالح الحكومية.
After few months, the child Mohamed was arrested on September 9th, 2014 by the police forces, despite the absence of any possessions or seizures indicating his participation in any acts of violence. He appeared on September 14th, 2014 before the Supreme State Security Prosecution, in the Helwan Brigades case. He was accused of several charges, chiefly: joining an illegally-founded group, possession of firearms, and sabotaging government services.
أقر الطفل محمد حسني -أثناء استجوابه من قبل نيابة أمن الدولة العليا- بتعذيبه من قبل رجال الأمن الوطني, وإجباره على الإدلاء باعترافات غير حقيقة, كما أن التحقيق مع الطفل تم بدون حضور محامي وذلك بالمخالفة لصريح نصوص القانون.
During his interrogation by the Supreme State Security Prosecution, the child Mohamed Hosni admitted that he was tortured by National Security forces and was forced to make false confessions. Moreover, the investigation with the child was udertaken without the presence of a lawyer in violation of the explicit provisions of the law.
الطفل محمد حسني, واللي أصبح شاب حالياً خسر سنوات طفولته بأكملها, ومازال بيخسر سنوات عمره وشبابه داخل السجون, رغم كونه ضحية من ضحايا استقطاب الأطفال, واستغلال مشاعرهم المندفعة والمتهورة أحياناً.
The child Muhammad Hosni, who is now a young adult, has lost his entire childhood and is still losing his life and youth in prison, despite being a victim of children luring and exploitation of their impulsive and reckless emotions.
لذلك نجدد دعوتنا للسلطة المصرية المسؤولة, بضرورة وجود آلية فعالة يتم من خلالها التصالح مع الأطفال المحبوسين، أو المتهمين على ذمة قضايا سياسية, وتأهيلهم, وإعادة دمجهم إلى المجتمع من جديد.
Therefore, we reiterate our call to the responsible Egyptian authority for the necessity of an effective mechanism through which to reconcile with imprisoned or accused children in political cases and to rehabilitate and reintegrate them into society.
