– التاريخ يعيد نفسه
في النصف الأول من عام 2018 توالت الأخبار عن التحقيق مع العديد من الصحفيات على ذمة القضية 441 لسنة 2018 حصر أمن الدولة العليا وحبسهن عليها لمدد جاوزت فيها بعضهن العام في محبسها بتهمتي الانضمام لجماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور، وبث ونشر أخبار كاذبة.
– History Repeats Itself
During the first half of 2018, news continued to talk about the investigation of several female journalists pending Case 441 of 2018 Supreme State Security and their imprisonment for durations exceeding one year for some of them. They were convicted of joining an illegally founded group and broadcasting and publishing false news.
وفي النصف الأول من هذا العام أيضا فوجئ محامون بلادي بتواجد الصحفيتين صفاء الكوربيجي، وهالة فهمي بنيابة أمن الدولة العليا والتحقيق معهما على ذمة القضية رقم 441 لسنة 2022 حصر أمن الدولة العليا، بذات التهمتين المعهودتين.
What’s more, during the first half of this year, Belady’s lawyers were surprised at the presence of the two journalists, Safaa Al-Korbiji and Hala Fahmy, in the Supreme State Security Prosecution and their investigation in pending Case No. 441 of 2022 Supreme State Security, under the same two usual charges.

خلال شهر إبريل الجاري، نشرت كل من الصحفيتين على حساباتهما الشخصية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي منشورات ومقاطع مصورة تنتقدان فيها دخول السياح الإسرائيليين مصر، وإقامتهم لاحتفالات في عيد الفصح الذي يأتي تزامنا مع الاحتفال بعيد تحرير سيناء.
– The Beginning of the Crisis
In April, each of the two journalists published posts and video clips on their personal accounts on social media criticizing the arrival of Israeli tourists to Egypt and their celebration of Easter, which coincides with the celebration of Sinai Liberation Day.
إضافةً إلى أنه من المعروف اعتياد الصحفيتين على تداول منشورات على صفحتيهما تتناول الأوضاع السياسية المصرية بشكل معارض وخاصة سيطرة المخابرات على الإعلام المصري، لا سيما كونهما تعملان بمبنى الإذاعة والتليفزيون الحكومي المصري (ماسبيرو)، وهما معروفتان أيضاً باهتمامهما بالدفاع عن حقوق العاملين بماسبيرو منذ وقت طويل.
Moreover, it is known that these two journalists usually publish on their pages content that criticizes the Egyptian political situation, especially the intelligence service control over the Egyptian media, as they work in the Egyptian State Radio and Television Building (Maspero). They are also known for their interest in defending the rights of Maspero workers for a long time.
– اضطهاد وتعدي على الحقوق بسبب استخدام الحق في حرية التعبير
الصحفية/ صفاء الكوربيجي:
تجدر الإشارة أن الصحفية صفاء الكوربيجي تعرضت لضغوط شديدة في مكان عملها، متمثلة في تحويلها للتحقيق أكثر من مرة بسبب نشرها لآراء معارضة على صفحتها الشخصية على موقع فيسبوك، والخصم من راتبها مبالغ كبيرة أكثر من مرة، بل وحرمانها من حقها في العمل من المنزل -بسبب إعاقة بقدميها تمنعها من الحركة تماما- وإجبارها على الحضور لمقر العمل يوميا، ثم لاحقاً -بعد ثلاث سنوات من التعدي على حقوقها- تم فصلها تعسفياً، مما وضعها في موقف بالغ الصعوبة نفسياً ومادياً -وفقا لأحد أفراد أسرتها-، وتسببت هذه الأزمة في بحثها عن متنفس للتعبير عما تمر به عبر الكتابة على صفحتها الشخصية.
– Persecution and Infringement of Rights for Exercising the Freedom of Expression
Journalist Safaa Al-Korbiji:
It is worth noting that the journalist Safaa Al-Korbiji was subjected to severe pressure at her workplace. She was repeatedly investigated for publishing dissenting opinions on her personal Facebook page. Large sums were deducted from her salary more than once. She was also deprived of her right to work from home and was forced to come daily to her workplace despite having a foot disability preventing her from moving completely. After three years of violating her rights, she was forcibly dismissed, which placed her in a very difficult psychological and financial condition, as reported by her family member. This crisis made her look for an outlet to express what she was going through by writing on her personal page.
الإعلامية/ هالة فهمي:
أما الإعلامية هالة فهمي -كبير مقدمي برامج بدرجة مدير عام- فقد تعرضت في مارس الماضي للمنع من الدخول لمقر عملها بماسبيرو دون سند من القانون ودون إخطار بسبب ذلك، بل ودون قرار رسمي، كما تمت إحالتها للتحقيق من قبل الهيئة الوطنية للإعلام، وتقرر وقفها عن العمل احتياطياً لمدة ثلاثة أشهر مع صرف نصف الأجر، وذلك لحين انتهاء التحقيق معها فى المذكرة المقدمة ضدها من رئيس قطاع التليفزيون.
وأرجعت الإعلامية السبب في ذلك -بحسب تصريح لها في حديثها مع المرصد المصري للصحافة والإعلام- إلى وقوفها إلى جانب زملائها فى ماسبيرو للمطالبة بحقوقهم المهدرة.
Media Personality Hala Fahmy:
Hala Fahmy is a senior Tv presenter in the rank of director-general. Last March, she was banned from entering her workplace in Maspero without legal justification, notice or even an official decision. Furthermore, the National Media Authority referred her to the investigation. She was suspended from work for three months with half pay as a precaution, until her investigation is completed in the filed complaint against her by the head of the television industry.
According to her interview with the Egyptian Observatory for Journalism and Media, Hala stated that all of this happened because she stood by her colleagues in Maspero to demand their disregarded rights.
– ملاحقات أمنية
خلال الأسبوع الماضي نشرت الإعلامية هالة فهمي مقطع مصور على صفحتها الشخصية من أمام قسم شرطة النزهة توضح فيه كونها ملاحقة من قبل أفراد مجهولين واستغاثتها بقوات قسم الشرطة، ثم اختفت لتظهر بنيابة أمن الدولة العليا في 26 أبريل الجاري، ليعلم محامون بلادي عند رؤيتها أنها قد تم عرضها على النيابة منذ الأحد الماضي 24 أبريل دون حضور محامي معها.
أما الصحفية صفاء الكوربجي فقد أشار كل من المحامي علي أيوب، والصحفي محمود كامل عضو مجلس نقابة الصحفيين في منشورات على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، أنها قد تم القبض عليها من منزلها بالمقطم في فجر يوم الخميس الماضي 21 أبريل وتم اقتيادها لمكان غير معلوم، الأمر الذي جعل مصيرها يظل مجهولا لأسرتها ومحاميها وحتى لنقابة الصحفيين لأكثر من ثلاثة أيام، إلى أن استعلم محامين بلادي عنها بالنيابة صباح يوم الأحد 24 أبريل فيتضح أنه قد تم عرضها على نيابة أمن الدولة العليا في صباح ذات يوم القبض عليها الخميس 21 أبريل، دون حضور محامين.
– Security Proceedings
During the past week, Hala Fahmy published a video on her personal page taken in front of Al Nozha Police Station, explaining that she is being stalked by unknown individuals and calling for the help of police forces. Later, she disappeared and then appeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution on April 26th. That was the moment when Belady’s lawyers learned that she had been presented before the prosecution since last Sunday, April 24th, in the absence of a lawyer.
According to the social media publications of lawyer Ali Ayoub and journalist Mahmoud Kamel, a member of the Journalists Syndicate, Safa Al-Korbiji was arrested in her house in Mokattam at dawn last Thursday, April 21st. She was taken to an unknown place, which made her whereabouts unknown to her family, lawyer, and the Journalists Syndicate for more than three days. Belady’s lawyers inquired the prosecution about her on Sunday morning, April 24th. It turned out that she was brought before the Supreme State Security Prosecution in the morning of her arrest day, Thursday, April 21st, in the absence of lawyers.

تقبع حاليا كل من الصحفيتين -هالة وصفاء- بسجن القناطر نساء كمحبوسات احتياطياً على ذمة التحقيقات بالقضية 441 لسنة 2022 حصر أمن الدولة العليا، والتي تواجهان بها الاتهامات بالانضمام لجماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور، وبث ونشر الأخبار الكاذبة.
– Current Situation
The two journalists Hala and Safaa are currently in Al Qanater Women’s Prison. They are held in pretrial detention pending investigations in Case 441 of 2022 Supreme State Security, convicted of joining an illegally founded group and broadcasting and disseminating false news.
