“Release Order of the Child Abd El Ghany Aymen on the New Pardon List”
Belady congratulates the child Abd El Ghany Aymen Abd El Ghany Mahmoud as the Supreme State Security Prosecution issued an order to release him on the list announced by the Pardon Committee last night.
Information on the child Abd El Ghany
– Child Abd El Ghany Aymen was born in Menoufia Governorate. He is 17 years old.
– He was arrested at dawn on March 22th, 2022, on the backdrop of ‘Screenshots’ from his ‘Facebook’ account that showed support for the journalist and opposition figure: Moataz Mattar.
– He remained forcibly disappeared in the National Security Headquarters in Menoufia Governorate. After about two weeks, he appeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution on April 4th, 2022 in case No. 41 of 2022 Supreme State Security. The court ordered his imprisonment and charged him mainly with: Joining a terrorist group and publishing false news.
– The Child ِAbd El Ghany remained in pretrial detention in El Sadat Police Station until the court ordered his release on the list announced by the Pardon Committee last night.
